Starting Salary: 31,800 incl. car allowance Location: Coalville, Leicestershire - 1 day in office per week with extensive nationwide travel Full Time: Mon to Fri (Occasional weekend work/travel). Start/finish time varies Really Awesome Coffee was established in 2010 and supports a growing network of over 100 franchised mobile cafs. We are experiencing strong growth in 2025 and are looking for experienced and talented individuals to help us manage our network and continue to supply the high level of service and support for which we have become known. We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our franchise support team as a Hospitality Support Officer (HSO). This is a very mobile and variedrole involving travel and overnight stays across all areas of the UK. Main responsibilities include: Travelling to our franchisee's business locations to implement our franchise launch programmewith continued on-site assistance Ensuring compliance for our brand standards are upheld Elements of training and inducting our new franchisees in our franchise business operations system Working with our Franchise Development Managers to assess franchisee performance, formulate business development plans and work with franchisees to develop their businesses and increase their profitability Occasional involvement in our own coffee van operation and attendance at events/exhibitions and so on Ahospitality background is desirable, as is sales experience and/or experience in roles involving direct customer contact. Applicants must possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills ideally combined with experience in the hospitality sector, a background in barista positions would be preferred, although this is not essential. Good organisational skills are required within the role, along with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work from your own initiative. A good level of competency / a good aptitude for learning basic IT systems is important. A genuine commitment to high levels of customer service is essential. The 'away working' element of the role will typically require working away from our Coalville office for 4 days a week, broken down into overnight stays of between 1 and 5 nights in different parts of the country (with travel expenses and subsistence allowances paid on top of your car allowance). Aside from occasional Sunday evening travelling, the role does not typically require working over weekends. Car ownership is essential, and you must have a full, ideally clean, UK driving license.
