Key R esponsibilities Undertaking a full range of Building Surveying duties, including dilaps, pre acquisition surveys, TDD, schedules of condition and project management Working closely with a range of clients, including institutional investors, occupiers and landlords Managing and delivering projects of varying sizes and complexity Providing high quality professional advice and reporting to clients Supporting junior team members What We're Looking For MRICS - essential Proven experience in a similar Building Surveying role, either in consultancy or client side Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong client facing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships A proactive, team oriented approach with a desire to progress professionally Why Join?
