What you'll be doing: You'll take a lead in the day-to-day running of your room, supporting a small team and creating a safe, nurturing space for children to grow. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering engaging, EYFS-aligned activities Creating next steps and learning journeys for your Key Children Mentoring and supporting Trainee Practitioners Building strong partnerships with parents and external agencies Managing online learning journals, 2-year checks, and tracking documents Participating in staff meetings, training, and keeping routines consistent What we're looking for: CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or NNEB qualification in childcare (required) Minimum of 4 years' experience in a nursery setting Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Safeguarding practices Confident people management and leadership skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) At Tiny Tots Recruitment, we believe that exceptional childcare professionals deserve exceptional support.
