Morson Talent is looking for a Sheet Metal Worker Stretch Form to join a leading aerospace company based in Burnley. This is a great opportunity to be part of a specialist team producing precision aircraft components using a variety of hand and mechanical forming techniques. ? Location: Burnley ? Pay: 18.25 per hour PAYE / 24.36 per hour Umbrella ? Schedule: Monday to Thursday Days (subject to change and may include night shifts) Key Responsibilities: Work with steel, aluminium, and titanium materials Use engineering drawings, templates, and fixtures to shape components Mark out, drill, cut, and form parts using hand tools and mechanical equipment Operate guillotines, folders, stretch form machines, shrinkers, and forming wheels Ensure work meets required tolerances and quality standards Maintain safe working practices in line with company procedures Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet schedules and targets Required Qualifications & Experience: Time-served apprenticeship in Sheet Metal Work or NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 Strong practical skills in sheet metal fabrication and forming Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and accurate approach Previous experience in the aerospace industry is highly desirable If you're an experienced Sheet Metal Worker looking to join a dynamic and forward-thinking aerospace team, apply today or get in touch for more information.
