Private Equity-Backed Consulting Business | ManchesterPlease make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.Stanton House is exclusively retained by a high-growth, Private Equity-backed consulting business headquartered in Manchester to appoint a CFO. Generating 38m in revenue and 1m EBITDA, the business is backed by a prominent mid-market PE fund and is entering a new phase of accelerated growth and operational scale-up.The OpportunityThis is a pivotal leadership role for a commercially focused and technically strong CFO. You will be responsible for professionalising the finance function, optimising performance, and enabling value creation through organic growth, cost control, and strategic M&A.
