UK Sales Manager Location: Hybrid (Reading Office / Site) Salary: Circa 75,000 + Benefits Type: Full-Time, Permanent We're working with a leading UK manufacturer specialising in innovative, offsite-manufactured balcony systems for residential and commercial developments. Their precision-engineered solutions support faster installation, higher safety standards, and improved quality on major faade and structural packages across the country. As part of continued UK and international growth, they are seeking an experienced UK Sales Manager to lead their national sales and estimating team, drive pipeline performance, and oversee key commercial relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop the UK sales and estimating team Shape and execute national sales strategy aligned with growth targets (70m+) Build and maintain strong relationships with key developers, contractors, and specifiers Lead accurate forecasting and reporting to the Sales Director Support project handovers, commercial compliance, and best-in-class client delivery Candidate Profile: Proven experience in sales leadership (7-10 years), with a strong track record in the construction industry Must have experience in faades, balconies, or structural steelwork Strong understanding of technical drawings, installation processes, and market regulations Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and commercial skills Full UK driving licence required This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected business at the forefront of modern methods of construction.
