ERS Test Technician - F1 Northamptonshire Up to 50,000 We're recruiting for one of the most high-profile names in F1 and this could be your chance to be a part of their team. They're looking for a skilled ERS Test Technician to join their Energy Recovery Systems (ERS) team. You'll be working within a group behind some of the most innovative hybrid technology within F1 and the work you do will have a direct impact on the team's on-track performance. This role is perfect for someone with a strong mechanical or electrical background who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-focused environment. You'll be involved in testing cutting-edge ERS hardware in a pristine working environment. What You'll Be Doing: Running hands-on tests on hybrid and ERS systems, including build and strip Supporting fault-finding, calibration and diagnostics in a lab/test environment Working closely with engineering teams to optimise test procedures and performance Experience Needed: Previous experience within an ERS testing environment Electrical and hydraulic system skillset Experienced operating automated test equipment in High-Voltage Why This Role?
