What You'll Be Doing: Running the show in the events kitchenplanning, prepping, and executing high-end food for weddings, celebrations, and corporate gatherings Leading and motivating your brigade to deliver quality with consistency (and a smile) Working closely with the Executive Chef on creative, seasonal menu development Managing stock, rotas, ordering, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes Ensuring high standards in food safety, cleanliness, and team wellbeing Keeping an eye on costs and marginsbalancing creativity with commercial awareness ?????
