General Manager Deliverables / Outcomes (include but are not limited to): Oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and safety standards. Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, including front-of-house, F&B, and activity staff. Monitor budgets, sales, and KPIs to drive performance and profitability. Manage bookings, group events, and seasonal programming. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation throughout the venue. Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and safeguarding policies. Act as the face of the venue, building rapport with guests, handling feedback, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
