This newly created role forms part of the organisation’s growth strategy and focuses on clinical governance and the leadership of a well-established Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team.This provider supports younger adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and complex behavioural needs across a range of community services. They are in a strong period of organic growth following several acquisitions and are now seeking a senior nurse leader to strengthen governance processes and elevate clinical practice across the group.This role offers a clear and exciting progression path, with succession planning in place to develop into a Director of Supported Living post.Location:This is a hybrid position requiring travel across services in Essex, with home or office-based work.
