Facilities co-ordinator 53,400 Monday - Friday DAYS 07:30am - 3pm Monday - Friday Wolverhampton This is an incredible opportunity for an electrical facilities engineer / facilities co-ordinator to join a global business. This role will b 60% admin, 30% co-ordinating and 10% hands on. This will be working closely with site services manager. day to day duties for the facilities co-ordinator: SAP use of SAP, to report defects, and monitor defects raised, plan jobs, via SAP, track PM progress, completion, delayed jobs LOLER, PSSR, LEV knowledge, record keeping, monitoring completion due inspection dates. Basic Electrical mechanical general knowledge Audit compliance preparation, record keeping, service reports, Contract control, induction, issuing permits PJHA, training needed Create SOPs, Create or edit PMs Energy saving monitoring Knowledge on effluent treatment water treatment Ordering parts planning in jobs Attending engineering related meetings Chemical stock monitoring Assist site service manager where needed / cover basic cover. Logging service reports, creating a service due / completion database , to keep track. Experience required for the site services co-oridinator/facilities engineer Experience in facilities wiring regs/18th ed/ level 3 electrical - be able to interpret schematics.drawings MUST be computer literate, any experience with CAD or Excel is advantageous Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently knowledge of boilers, F-gas,Legionella is a nice to have ] experience as a facilities engineer or site services co-ordinator or similar role TPBN1_UKTJ
