Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day clinic and admin operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery Lead, manage, and support multi-disciplinary teams, including clinicians and administrative staff Drive improvements in clinical workflow, efficiency, and patient experience Support marketing and patient acquisition initiatives, including referral relationships Monitor and improve KPIs aligned with clinical quality and business performance Contribute to budget planning, cost control, and strategic development Ensure compliance with CQC and healthcare regulations What We''re Looking For Experience in a healthcare operations or practice management role (private sector preferred) Proven ability to manage clinical and administrative teams effectively Strong understanding of clinical processes, patient pathways, and service improvement Commercial awareness with financial and strategic input experience Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills Knowledge of ophthalmology or surgical services (desirable) Why Join Us?
