What Youll Be Doing: Lead the charge on reactive repairs, voids, disrepairs, and urgent maintenance issues. Allocate jobs to subcontractors and in-house teams, ensuring the right people are on the right tasks. Coordinate material orders and manage project timelines to keep everything running smoothly. Handle all project documentation, ensuring clients receive everything they need. Work closely with site supervisors, managing diaries, tracking progress, and hitting deadlines. Prepare quotes for specialist works and ensure high standards are met across all jobs. Who Were Looking For: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar leadership or maintenance coordination role. Proven team management skills, confident leading and motivating others. Strong background in construction administration , ideally within social housing maintenance . Excellent organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects under pressure. Tech-savvy, with experience in construction software and solid documentation skills.
