Our client is a privately owned entrepreneurial high growth company, part of a successful engineering services group, they are a thought leader and innovator in the flexographic printing industry. They are now looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive growth and lead the business in the flexographic print industry. You will take full responsibility for the growth strategy and all commercial activity of the company. You may already have leadership experience, or you may be an ambitious senior sales professional looking to step up into a management position.The company are based in the North of the UK, as the role is covering the UK and Ireland our client is open on where you live. You will have experience, contacts and a good technical grounding in flexographic print processes and will have sold into the Corrugated & Flexible Packaging industries including the Narrow web/ label industries. The role will involve selling technical/ maintenance services and consumables to improve customers print quality and maintain optimum productivity.You will develop the sales strategy, managing key finance metrics, profit margins and revenue targets whilst you map out the market, work with existing customers [grow them] and win new customers with a view to building a team around you.
