If you are a natural leader with a knack for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a desire to contribute to the success of a significant historic site, this role offers a unique chance to lead a team, implement innovative strategies, and play a key part in shaping the visitor experience at one of English Heritage's most important locations.As Visitor Welcome Manager, you will lead a membership-sales culture at one of English Heritage's busiest sites.
