A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Professional to join the team with our prestigious client Collins at their site in WolverhamptonJob DescriptionBe the Tactical Supply Chain member of the Value Stream. Represent Supply Chain at daily Value Stream Tier reviews and other appropriate meetings involving supply and demand. Own and manage Supply issues (E2-E4) providing clear, accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders. Support the Strategic Value Stream Focal in the development and implementation of supplier strategies, projects and processes to improve quality, cost and delivery performance. Lead and be involved in Continuous Improvement (CORE) activities involving supply and demand. Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and to deliver resolution to complex supplier issues and drive systemic lessons learned Work in a matrix organisation and use effective influencing skills to ensure materials are delivered to plan. Present at an executive level regularly both issue status and improvement activities. Use leading KPI metrics to identify and then drive improvement activities. Be accountable for facilitating the resolution of problems with internal and external stakeholders.
