Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production department, with a strong focus on health and safety, operational excellence, and team leadership. The successful candidate will uphold the company's values and standards, champion safe working practices, and continuously improve systems to enhance productivity and product quality.As a Production Manager, you will need to have/be:Experience of managing a production facility. Highly accountable and responsible for safeguarding the factory operation. Ability to be decisive and work effectively under pressure. Positive and adept at multi-tasking. Team player.
