In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and closing deals with prospective customers.Our GTM mission is simple. This is a dynamic and results driven role, ultimately driving new business sales of our Microlise Delivery Management Solutions to SMEs.If youve got unshakable self-belief, a relentless drive to win, and want to help us push the boundaries in sales excellence -were building something youll want to be part of!What you will be doing:Identify and qualify SME prospects that will benefit from Microlises delivery management solutionsDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customersConduct in-depth discovery sessions using MEDDPICC to uncover customer needs and pain pointsPresent tailored solutions that align with customer requirements and demonstrate strong ROIManage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, following up marketing generated leads to closing deals and onboarding new customersCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing and presales, to drive customer engagementMaintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce CRMStay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategiesWhat we are looking for:Evidenced experience in B2B sales, ideally selling SaaS or logistics/transport technology solutions to SMEsStrong understanding and practical application of the MEDDPICC (or similar) sales methodologyExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a hunter mindsetAbility to build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makersExperience using Salesforce CRM tools for pipeline management and reportingPassion for technology and how it can transform business operationsExperience in logistics, fleet management, or supply chain industriesA network of SME contacts within relevant sectorsWhy Microlise?When your groceries arrive at your door or you sign for your online parcel, one or more of our software, telematics or proof-of-purchase solutions has probably been used.
