The RoleThe Business Development Manager will:Identify and convert new business opportunities across Dorset, Hampshire, and the South WestCreate innovative proposals that meet the specific needs of high-end and creative clientsBuild strong, long-term relationships with premium brands and agenciesCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and ongoing account growthContribute to shaping and developing a growing premium service offering? Candidate RequirementsDemonstrable success in business development or sales(Ideally within print, packaging, creative services, or luxury brands)Experience working with high-end clients or in premium sectorsExcellent presentation and communication skillsA creative thinker with the ability to propose bespoke, value-added solutionsComfortable working independently and as part of a teamBased within a commutable distance to Verwood (BH31 6BE)(Hybrid working considered for candidates with strong print sector experience)Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms??
