They tend to be among the best payers in the market, primarily offering a higher basic salary rather than relying heavily on commission or bonuses like most corporate firms.Their valuation workload mainly involves residential and commercial secured lending work (average fee 1,600 plus VAT). They are on several bank panels and have direct relationships with banks such as Lloyds, MFS, Market Financial Solutions, etc., as well as private instructions from developers.
