This role is a critical driver of Patterns continued success in Europe and will report directly to our Chief International Officer. The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing P&L, operations, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, international ecommerce environment. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, managing financial performance, overseeing fulfillment and logistics, and leading a cross-functional team.
