The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving project success.You Will Be Accountable ForProject Leadership:Stakeholder Management:Construction Management:Team Leadership & Development:Reporting & Communication:Design & Engineering Oversight:Governance and Project Controls:Budget and Cost Control:Programme:Change Control:Contract Management:You Will Also Work OnLeading tenders across the UK and International Rail businessKey account manager for clientsProjects for multiple commissions across the UK and International Transportation business.What do we need from youEssentialBachelor or Masters Degree in a Project Management, Scientific or Engineering subjectChartered Engineer status from a recognised and relevant institutionExtensive experience delivering large and complex rail station/infrastructure projectsExperience working on complex design and build projects, within a design joint ventureExcellent knowledge of railway infrastructure, systems, and operating requirementsTrack record of work winning and business developmentExcellent understanding of HS2 and/or Network Rail processes and associated standardsExperience of multi-disciplinary design and coordination, and the delivery of projects to a high quality, throughout all design stagesAccredited NEC 3 and 4 Project ManagerFamiliar with Primavera, PowerBi, CEMAR, A-site, BIM, DOORS, and other toolsSignificant experience of developing and implementing strategies for projects and programmesExcellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliersExcellent engineering, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesYOU MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UKWhat's in it for you?We are committed to our planetIn each project we design, engineer and operate we care deeply about the legacy were leaving behind.
