You bring clarity, empathy and strategic thinking and you know how to mobilise people around purpose and values. You also bring:Extensive experience leading a national HR function, ideally in aged care, health, or a similarly complex sectorDeep knowledge of IR/ER, WHS, compliance, workforce planning, and organisational designThe ability to translate insight into action and culture into a business advantageSound understanding of employment legislation across VIC, NSW, ACT and QLDA values-led leadership style that aligns with Arcares focus on relationships and individual uniquenessRelevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline#J-18808-Ljbffr
