What Youll Be DoingClient Strategy & Solution DesignTranslate client objectives into technical delivery requirements.Align data and reporting projects with broader business strategy.Ensure solutions are designed with future scalability and integration in mind.Project & Delivery LeadershipOwn delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.Drive delivery processes, manage timelines, and remove blockers.Implement agile delivery methods where suitable.Data, Reporting & Automation FocusGuide teams on the delivery of robust, high-integrity data pipelines and BI reporting tools.Help improve marketing and business performance through better use of data.Lead on QA and performance monitoring of data products and dashboards.Technical Oversight & InnovationReview solution architecture and delivery approaches to ensure efficiency.Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and use of emerging tech.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external collaborators.Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical users, ensuring alignment and clarity. What Success Looks Like Faster project delivery with fewer blockers and delays. Consistent, high-quality reporting outputs. Strong relationships between delivery, technical, and business teams. Operational efficiency through better workflows and automation. Innovation in how data is used, visualised, and delivered. Tools Youll UsePower BI (Desktop & Service)Microsoft ExcelSharePoint & TeamsConfluence or similar documentation tools Youll Thrive in This Role If YouHave 5+ years in technical delivery, data operations, or BI project management.Understand data workflows, pipelines, and reporting frameworks end-to-end.Have a background or strong interest in marketing analytics or digital data strategy.Are comfortable engaging with clients, leading meetings, and making things happen.Know how to get cross-functional teams aligned even under pressure.
