Job DescriptionProcore is seeking a Head of Product to join our Construction Documents division to lead our CDE (Common Data Environment). In this role, you will own the development and success of our ISO compliant Document CDE as it expands in the global market. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to evolve Procores construction platform to meet the complex needs of the European market, and to own one of the most strategic investments in Procores portfolio. You will conduct market research, perform competitive analysis, engage in customer discovery, and manage the development, release, and evangelism of compelling and differentiated products. Your goal is to displace the legacy CDEs in construction with Procores modern and innovative solution, fully connected to the industry's leading construction platform.As a Product Manager on this team, youll partner closely with Product Directors, VPs, and the development teams to deliver market leading products. This role will require significant cross-team collaboration, coordinating directly with many development teams working on solutions that support Procores CDE, including Documents, BIM, and platform services. You will also partner with leadership across our Go to Market teams, including our General Manager of Europe. You will collaborate with Procores most strategic global customers, and you will evangelize and support GTM teams as they take these products to market. Clear communication and expectation management at executive and team levels will be critical to the success of this role, ensuring alignment, eliminating overlaps in development efforts, and maximizing productivity to deliver value to our customers using agile methodologies.Ready to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.This position will report to the Director of Product, Documents and be located in London. Were looking for someone to join our team immediately.What youll do:Maintain a deep understanding of Construction CDEs and industry compliance standards to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.Lead product strategy and prioritization for Procores CDE solutions in Europe, ensuring compliance, competitive differentiation, and customer delight.Define measurable goals and product outcomes that ladder up to support Procores business objectivesFoster close collaboration between product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure seamless development and integration of an industry leading CDE.Foster close partnership between Product and Technology and Go to Market to ensure collaboration and aligned execution of Procores CDE products in the market.What were looking for:10+ years of Product Management experience at an enterprise SaaS software company5+ years of Product Management experience working on construction CDEs or related products in the European marketExperience with European construction industry standards and compliance requirements related to Document Management and CDEsCustomer-centric approach and experience collaborating and conducting discovery with large enterprise companiesExperience scaling products and successfully driving their adoptionExperience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams in an agile software development environmentExperience collaborating with leaders across Go to Market teams in a fast paced environmentExperience managing products and rollouts with complex dependencies across multiple autonomous product teamsAbility to effectively communicate trade-offs for decisions through strong written and verbal skillsStrong analysis and synthesis skills, demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components structured into platform-first solutionsAdditional InformationBase Pay Range 135,680 - 186,560.
