Working directly with key project and executive stakeholders throughout the entire project life-cycle to ensure customer success and adoption, Solution Architects are customer champions.This is a hybrid role based in our London office. Our hybrid model means youll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.Solution Architects at Collibra are responsible forCollaborating with Collibra Sales, Customer Engineers, Account Managers and Executives as well as Professional Services Management to grow Collibra adoption with both existing and new customersEnsuring services delivery in compliance with established Collibra Engagement Model, Processes, Methodologies and ArtifactsParticipating in the ongoing improvements of Collibra Engagement Model, Processes, Methodologies and ArtifactsAchieving utilization targets to help Collibra to grow its services businessYou haveA bachelors degree or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field and 2-3+ years of relevant industry consulting or experienceDemonstrated ability and curiosity to learn new technologies and business requirements.Proven track record with delivery of projects and related deliverables on time and on budgetProven ability to communicate and guide Customers (e.g. IT/Business units) to desired outcomes.You areKnowledgeable about core data management and data governance methodologies and technologiesExperienced in contributing to blueprinting, design workshops, and requirements gathering activities.Familiar with developing functional specifications and technical specifications.Familiar with JAVA/Groovy and REST APIsWilling to travel when needed (approximately 10%)Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skillsMeasures of successWithin your first month, you will be enabled in Collibra product offerings, product training, and services portfolioWithin your second month, you will be learning the Collibra solutions delivery motion and methodologyWithin your third month, youll be owning parts of the Collibra delivery motion and methodology with new and/or existing customersWithin your sixth month, you will be engaged in delivering foundational Collibra solutions to new and existing customers.Benefits at CollibraCollibra recognizes and values that everyone has different needs, interests, and life goals.
