Youll tackle complex business problems, contribute high-quality code, and collaborate closely with your team to achieve great outcomes. Youll also help guide others, sharing your expertise to support their growth.At FundApps, we actively champion your developmentwhether you're looking to deepen your technical expertise as a Staff Engineer or explore leadership as an Engineering Manager, we provide clear pathways and mentorship to help you succeed.DeliveryYou will use your hands-on knowledge to advocate for improvements to the platform to support ambitious plans to grow market share and launch new products.Youll play a key role in delivering projects from start to finish, engaging with stakeholders and helping you team work effectively to get the job done right.You will be comfortable slicing stories to minimise risk and ensure a consistent cadence, modelling these good working practices to colleagues.Ownership & ImpactYou will be able to proactively identify and lead cross-team initiatives which leads to improvements.You are able to demonstrate solid business acumen and can have an impact across multiple teams.You are able to take ownership of projects and lead the team to successful outcomes.You will have an understanding of good practices and patterns of software and cloud native architectures.
