You will play a pivotal role in transforming customer journeys and delivering exceptional market experiences by harnessing your passion for digital product innovation. With a keen eye for prioritisation and a talent for simplifying complex processes, you will guide a diverse team of Product Owners, Designers, Content Creators, and Business Analysts. Together, you will propel our Digital Roadside business area to new heights, fostering increased engagement with our digital offerings among our customers and the wider driving community. Your mission is to craft a seamless digital experience that is intuitive, data-driven, and at the forefront of innovation.As a collaborative leader, you will weave compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders at all levels, bridging the gap between commercial objectives and digital capabilities. Your strategic vision will bring clarity and confidence to our product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with our commercial ambitions.What will I be doing?Lead Agile scrum teams to revolutionise our customer experience and significantly enhance performance, with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction and commercial success.Manage budgets effectively to support the Product Strategy and Roadmap, aligning with quarterly planning. Recruit top talent within budget limits as needed.Collaborate closely with Digital Analytics & Experience Design teams to continuously evaluate our digital offerings, leveraging data and insights to inform impactful decisions.Foster an eCommerce and trading mindset within your team to meet ambitious digital sales targets, while also delivering other enhancements and improvements.Institute best practices within the team, encompassing product management (backlog handling, requirement specification, and iterative testing and refinement) and design techniques (design thinking and lean UX), to ensure user-centricity and swift delivery of value.Understand the Digital Architecture related to your product domain and influence the architectural strategy by collaborating with the Engineering team.Develop an Omnichannel strategy for your product domain to guarantee a seamless and superior experience for customers transitioning between online (app or web) and offline channels.What do I need?Extensive Digital Product expertise : ideally from a large-scale organisation or a FTSE 100 company, with a strong background in product management and development across web and app platforms.Digital Sales & Service Delivery : experience in delivering multiple digital features and enhancements.Stakeholder Collaborator: capable of influencing and negotiating with senior-level stakeholders.Strategic Commercial Mindset: with the ability to devise and execute strategies that address key opportunities and challenges.People Leadership: fostering a collaborative culture and driving team performance through effective and inspirational line managementAgile Proficiency : leading scrum teams and driving change in customer journeys through data-informed decisions.Additional InformationWere always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
