With support from a dedicated team of 125 employees, youll deliver an outstanding membership experience with excellent educational opportunities to support healthcare professionals throughout their careers.As CEO, you will: Contribute to and oversee the development of operational and strategic plans that meet the current and future needs of the College, and ensure the College achieves these plans in a resource efficient way Increase the profile, influence and relevance of the College among the healthcare professions and promote its aims and objectives Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting on a monthly basis, demonstrating progress against financial targets and management of risk Initiate, implement and maintain sound financial governance systems, continuously monitoring adherence to legislation, ensuring that effective action is taken to address issues of risk and non-compliance Monitor the performance of the College against agreed objectives and KPIs, and be responsible for taking corrective action when performance is not in accordance with any agreed performance plan Maintain an inclusive and positive work environment where diversity is valued, and everyone can contribute to the achievement of a committed workforce.Were looking for a leader who has: Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, influence and take people with them A proven track record of success in leading an organisation in a senior leadership role as a Director or as a Chief Operating Officer Ideally have experience of working in a membership organisation ideally with international membership Knowledge of the healthcare sector and a demonstrable understanding of the challenges facing healthcare professionalsTo apply, please email your CV and covering letter to Roz Wood at roz.wood@rcpsg.ac.uk no later than the closing date of Monday 14 July 2025.
