You will manage a passionate team of professionals to deliver market-leading and differentiated value in projects such as:Enterprise-level strategy review and development (including CPO, CFO, CXO engagement)Digital and AI strategy creation and realizationOperating model design, business case, roadmap including implementationStrategic sourcing and category transformationAccelerated cost reduction programsPlatform deployment, transformation, and optimization of applications like Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, and Genpact proprietary assetsP2P and procurement operations transformation/improvementResponsibilities include:Setting strategic direction, driving employee engagement, and contributing to offering development as part of the practice leadership teamLeading Genpacts advisory capabilities in Source to Contract, focusing on strategic sourcing and cost reductionManaging a team of consultants and coordinating global project teams to deliver results that delight clientsLeading sales efforts for S2P consulting programs, including cross-selling broader capabilities to drive top-line growthEnsuring achievement of financial metrics and overall performance and delivery qualityBuilding market and brand awareness through industry discussions, publishing insights, and marketing activitiesQualifications we seek:Proven success in consulting/advisory environments in revenue generation and client deliveryExecutive gravitas to influence CXO decisions within a matrixed organizationLeadership skills to develop talentDeep expertise in category management, sourcing, and cost reduction, ideally across direct and indirect commoditiesKnowledge of procurement and supply chain activities, including data, technology, and AI applicationsAnalytical skills to identify risks and propose data-supported solutionsPreferred qualifications include cross-industry experience and comfort with digital transformation initiatives using off-the-shelf or bespoke technologies.What we offer includes attractive salary, secure employment, a diverse multicultural environment, professional training and career development, access to our learning platform, comprehensive benefits, and employee referral programs.Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a respectful and innovative work environment.
