They represent medium sized corporates and large family offices on the full range of corporate matters. though their clients also include banks, finance houses and HNWIs. Typically, they work on deals between 5-30m, though have worked on a 100m deal.Youll be taking over a close-knit team.This means youll lead transactions and have lots of client contact. Youll work closely with the firms real estate, banking and employment departments, all of which help compliment their corporate practice.There will be lots of variety - M&A, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, de-mergers and corporate governance matters. Ideal if you dont want to be too specialised and maintain a broad corporate practice.Youll be encouraged to develop your own professional profile.As a firm that pride themselves on a quality, Partner-led service, you wont be nailed to your desk churning out documents. You will attend networking events, seminars and contribute to business development.The firm has a flat hierarchy with an open-door policy.
