Telesales Executive Location : Peterborough Salary : £25k plus commission - ( OTE 30K+ ) Hours : Monday - Friday 0830 - 1730 As a Telesales Executive, you will provide great customer service to all our clients existing customers and promote the excellent product range.Carrying out customer calls and contacts with day to day use of the diary and call systems.Checking and confirming all customer details and advising them of suitable products to meet their needs.You may be the first point of contact a customer has and so first class service and a friendly manner will be essential. Qualities were looking for: Sales experience in a call centre would be great but not essential. The ability to handle a fast pace and rise to challenges. Excellent customer service skills.
