Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – Loughborough Office-Based | Full-Time | Competitive Salary (DOE) | 33 Days Holiday Are you looking to build your legal career in a friendly, forward-thinking firm? We’re seeking aResidential Conveyancing Paralegalto support a busy and experienced property team. This is a permanent, full-time role, ideal for someone with a law degree and a passion for property law. While prior conveyancing experience is desirable, it’s not essential—full training and support will be provided. The Role: Assist on a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, unregistered and new build work Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents and the Land Registry Prepare draft contracts, SDLT forms, registration applications and other legal documentation Handle file openings, compliance and general administration What We’re Looking For: Law degree (or equivalent) required Experience in a conveyancing environment preferred but not essential Strong communication, organisational and IT skills Enthusiastic, proactive and client-focused This position qualifies asQualifying Work Experience (QWE)for aspiring solicitors, withstudy leave for the SQE examsoffered.
