Excellence in delivery of Client EngagementsUndertake rapid assessments and diagnose client problems, using Equantiis products, personal experience, and your professional judgement to make recommendationsLead technology, business, and process evaluations, guiding client teams to ensure that projects deliver the desired business outcomesAct as a primary point of contact to client sponsors and stakeholders when on engagements, providing robust project leadership and acting as an advisor to the clientWork with the Project Resource Manager to actively manage and report project status, relaying any risks, and working on contingency and mitigation plans2. Relationship & Opportunity developmentIdentify opportunities for follow-on work with existing clients by delivering high-quality work and cultivating positive client relationshipsContribute to the generation of new opportunities by supporting senior staff in the development of;Thought leadershipInternal knowledge collateralSales materials and client propositionsTools and methods to aid client deliveryWork with senior team members to scope and estimate new client engagements, contributing to written proposals where requiredProactively build a personal network of existing and former client contactsManage stakeholder expectations, maintaining focus on the quality of delivery and deliverables whilst contributing to Key Account Management (KAM) plans3. Delivery Leadership and ExcellenceDemonstrate mastery of Equantiis consulting products, supporting less experienced team members to deliver outcomes with support that results in positive client resultsActively learn new tools and methodologies to support our customers better and the ongoing growth of Equantiis products/servicesContribute to the delivery of client projects by successfully managing tasks and sub-workstreams with a high degree of autonomyManage allocated tasks and provide regular updates on due tasks, activities, dependencies, and time allocatedGenerate revenue through high personal utilisation at a rate which is consistent with your roleExperience and background:Being an Executive Consultant at Equantiis is about being an expert in delivering one or more products; Strategy development, Customer experience journey mapping, Process analysis and requirements gathering or Procurement and Business case development. You will have three or more years of experience as a management, business, or technology consultant and possess high levels of the following skills.An analytical and inquisitive mindNegotiation skills and the ability to develop strongworking relationshipsCommercial and business awarenessExcellent communication skills both written and verbalA keen eye for detail and a desire to probe furtherConfident in making data-led recommendations to support difficult/time-bound decisionsUnderstanding and awareness of project, change and business improvement techniquesAbility to stick to time constraintsWell-developed communication and relationship management skillsTechnical proficiency, including using essential tools (e.g., MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project or other Project Management Tools, etc.)Focus on delivering outcomesThe ability to work independentlyThe ability to work calmly and deliver tangible results under pressure.Whilst an academic education is beneficial, it is not a necessity. If you dont have a degree, we expect you to have worked within a commercial enterprise and understand business, technology, and transformation well.Location:Equantiis supports hybrid working, with most of your working week spent working remotely. There is an expectation that the team come together twice a month in London for meetings and team building.
