As our Senior Product Manageryoulllead the development of our Research Management Platform, and be part of the team powering GWIs transformation toward scalable, automated, and AI-driven research. This role focuses on building internal platform capabilities that dramatically increase the speed and volume of our data collection and delivery, whilst safeguarding data quality.The team underpins our entire data lifecycle; from raw survey ingestion through to structured, labeled datasets used across GWIs products and APIs. As a Senior Product Manager, youll work closely with engineering, data science, and internal research teams to deliver the infrastructure, tools, and automation needed to empower our data to unlock next-level insight generation for our clients.Its also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So youll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.What do I need to bring with me? Youll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that youre willing to learn. Heres what the team will be looking for: Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner working on data platforms, internal tooling, or infrastructure Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, survey ingestion, or research automation frameworks Familiarity with technical domains such as metadata management, observability, and data transformation pipelines Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including software engineers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists in fast-paced product environments A data-informed mindset, using both qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to shape prioritiesEqually important is attitude.
