A long-established and very successful metal forming company based in Willenhall in the West Midlands is looking for a Quality Control Apprentice to join its busy workforce.Recent refurbishment has made this the most modern facility in the UK, offering extensive in-house services to their clients.Along with an hourly rate of £11.44 - £12.21 per hour, you will also receive 33 days holiday per annum (including Bank Holidays), to be taken during factory shutdown.You will be working Monday-Thursday, 08:00-16:30 and Friday, 08:00-15:30.As Quality Control Apprentice, your responsibilities will include: Manufacturing parts to high quality in relatively short lead times Setting and monitoring production controls as per Business Operating System Taking part and assisting in pre-production reviews Monitoring and measure sample production prior to volume manufacture Assisting in the completion of customer specific Initial Sample Review Reports (ISIR) Where applicable, assisting in completion of FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports) or customer dependent Part Submission Warranty Reports.
