Logistics Controller / Logistics Supervisor / Warehouse SupervisorLocation HuytonSalary £28,800 + pension + 28 – 33 days holiday + progression opportunitiesHours 3 on 3 off – 3 days | 3 off | 3 nights | 3 offA genuinely superb & quite unique opportunity for a warehouse / logistics supervisor to join a market leading business to help setting up and shaping a department.* Brand new state of the art facility with plans for rapid expansion in the near future.* Extremely stable and well run company with a track record of reinvestment into people and facilities.The Job:* Report into production manager and interface with the production line / shift team leaders.* Oversee goods in and goods out on each shift including managing 2 FLT drivers per shift.* Ensure stock levels / materials for production are available and ready.* Ensure completed products / pallets to go out are ready.* Yard management - ensuring haulage times are adhered to and organising haulage when needed.* Be part of a team to initially help set up the plant / factory with state of the art new machinery and equipment.The Person:* Good communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills important.* Warehouse supervisor / management experience gained in a manufacturing environment eg materials, packaging, FMCG, food, automated warehousing, printing, glass, plastics, paper, con...
