This role is key to managing and resolving disrepair cases efficiently, ensuring legal compliance and protecting housing stock from risk and escalating costs.The Role: As a Disrepair Case Officer, you will take ownership of disrepair cases from the earliest stage through to resolution. Working closely with surveyors, legal teams, contractors, and residents, you will coordinate the necessary actions to ensure cases are addressed swiftly and effectively.
