As a growing business with a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork, they are now looking to recruit an experiencedPlastics Supervisor/Setterto join their weekend shift team. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical setting skills with team supervision and production management. Supervisor/Setter - Weekend Shift Location:Yaxley, Cambridgeshire Salary:£19.24 per hour + £100 weekly shift allowance Hours:Friday to Sunday, 05:45 - 18:00 Contract:Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities: Set up, adjust, and maintain plastics manufacturing machinery Lead and supervise the weekend production team Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimise downtime Train and support operators on equipment and procedures Monitor production output to ensure targets and quality standards are met Carry out quality checks and ensure safety protocols are followed Support continuous improvement and efficiency efforts Required Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience working in an injection moulding environment Hands-on experience in machine setting and troubleshooting At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership in a factory/production setting Strong understanding of health 'safety regulations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proactive approach to process improvements Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs Benefits: Weekly pay Free onsite parking £100 shift allowance (weekends) Company benefits platform (store cashback and discounts) Full training and support provided Friendly and supportive team environment If you're an experienced injection moulding professional with leadership skills, apply today with your up-to-date CV.
