Creation of new KBs or modifications of the KB.Run book creationITRS setup and monitoringCreate change request and manage a change implementation.Organize support/provide support to end user during off working hours whenever required.Co-ordinate with Product vendor for any patch or changes.Patch creation and VTM Patch Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with minimum direction and management oversight.Skills RequirementBachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Programming & Systems Analysis or related course8+ years of experience in Prod supportMust have good experience in Flexcube modules like CASA, LM and LOANSExcellent experience in Flexcube Support, Batch monitoring and its workflowGood at Oracle Database PL/SQL, Unix, AutosysExcellent written and verbal communication skillsManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
