We are looking for an experienced Contract GenAI Lead to spearhead the development and deployment of generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML with a focus on generative AI technologies, such as transformers, LLMs, and diffusion models. This role involves architecting, implementing, and scaling GenAI solutions that meet complex business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive innovative AI applications from ideation to production.Role Details:Contract Type: 6-month initial contract with strong potential for extensionLocation: Fully remoteIR35 Status: Outside IR35Rate: £400 - £450 per dayExperience Required: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML with a focus on generative AIResponsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions tailored to business requirementsCollaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to align AI solutions with strategic goalsOptimize and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other GenAI technologies for specific use casesEnsure scalability, security, and performance of AI models in production environmentsProvide technical mentorship and guidance to team membersStay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and integrate them into projectsRequirements:Proven experience in deploying generative AI models in real-world applicationsStrong expertise in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging FaceProficiency in programming languages like PythonFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practicesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
