Employment Associate – Norwich PQE: NQ-4 years | A top-tier Legal 500-ranked Employment team is seeking a driven and commercially minded Employment Solicitor to join their Norwich office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a nationally recognised team advising a diverse portfolio of clients across the commercial and public sectors.The RoleYou’ll be advising a broad range of employers—from SMEs and mid-market businesses to large international organisations—on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role also includes supporting clients in the education and government sectors.Key responsibilities include:Advising on day-to-day HR and employment law issuesDrafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreementsSupporting corporate transactions with employment law inputRepresenting clients in employment tribunal proceedingsParticipating in business development initiativesThe Ideal CandidateYou will be a qualified solicitor with up to 4 years’ PQE and a genuine enthusiasm for employment law.
