We’re now hiring a Procurement Consultant to join our core team—contributing both to client delivery and the strategic growth of our business.________________________________________The RoleThis is a development role combining hands-on client consulting with internal business operations and recruitment support. You’ll work directly with public sector clients on procurement lifecycle tasks while also helping us manage and grow our associate consultant network to support delivery and scale.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consulting (External)Lead and support full procurement lifecycle tasks: market engagement, strategy development, ITT/ITN, negotiation, contract drafting, contract managementGenerate innovative procurement and supply chain solutions using best-practice methodologies (category management, SRM, etc.)Manage commercial programmes, risks, issues, and benefit trackingWork across stakeholder groups in complex, high-profile environmentsConduct commercial analysis and data-led problem solvingBusiness Operations (Internal)Source, screen and onboard high-quality associate consultantsConduct interviews, evaluate CVs, and track resource availabilityManage the recruitment supply chain: contracts, compliance, invoicingSupport the wider business with administrative and operational duties as required________________________________________What We’re Looking For• Bristol Based• 5+ years of hands-on procurement and supply chain experience • Public sector experience and/or CIPS qualification • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills• Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of contracts• Financial literacy (e.g., budget management, P&L thinking) and attention to detail• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite• Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated________________________________________Why Join Changewell?We’re building a new kind of consulting firm: experience-led, AI-enabled, and outcomes-driven.
