E-Commerce LogisticsAdministrator - What You'll be Doing Each Day: ECOM order management To pick, pack and ship ECOM orders as required by the Maison To ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when packing orders Ensuring that the data in SAP matches what has physically been shipped to the client and that the physical stock matches SAP To liaise with the Maisons ECOM team on a regular basis, both on email and over Teams, and keep on top of communication ECOM stock management To ensure that the stock physically matches what is shown in the system To participate in inventories twice a year and investigate any discrepancies when they arise, notifying all relevant parties Pick up & Delivery
