You will also maintain your own portfolio of Health or Risk customers.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on, broker, and maintain group health or risk policies for clientsManage multiple projects and meet deadlinesAchieve personal and team revenue targetsIdentify customer needs and work with internal teams to meet themHandle complex RFPs, procurement, and onboarding projectsOversee team advice and broking activities, ensuring compliance and qualityReview reports and develop team skillsSupport complex customer requirements and team growthMentor and develop team members’ sales and technical skillsWhat are we looking for?Ability to identify skill gaps and develop staffStrong Healthcare/Risk experience and technical knowledgeLeadership and mentoring skillsConfidence in decision-making and leadershipExcellent communication skillsLogical decision-making abilitiesCII and IF7/GR1 qualificationsEven if you don't meet all requirements, we encourage you to apply!
