You'll get stuck into multiple high-end productions whilst building the systems and processes that scale with their continued growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead and work on multiple concurrent film productions for prestigious global brandsManage and mentor a growing team including Production Coordinator and Post-Production staffHandle direct client relationships - picking up the phone, building partnerships, keeping things running smoothlyCreate project budgets, quotes, and keep an eye on costs to ensure profitabilityBuild company-wide processes and operational systems as they growCoordinate global filming schedules and logistics across multiple territoriesEssential Requirements:Proven experience managing high-end brand content production for corporate and digital clientsStrong track record juggling multiple complex projects without dropping the ballCommercial nous with budgeting and negotiation skills across varied production scalesExcellent client-facing skills and relationship-building abilitiesConfident, can-do attitude with energy and ambition to thrive in fast-paced environmentsExperience with international production logistics and global client managementThis isn't just project management; it's about shaping how a growing agency operates and scales.
