Dental Treatment Coordinator / Telford, Shropshire / Full Time MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Telford, Shropshire to recruit a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. Available as soon as possible. Will take notice periods into consideration. Independent, mixed practice environment. Full time opportunity 4-5 days per week available. Space; Monday - Friday 9am 5.30pm. 14 - 15 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: discussing treatment plans, managing marketing leads, providing support throughout the patient journey, managing diary appointments & treatment schedules, be comfortable discussing finance options & timelines, building & maintaining strong relationships with patients. Attention to detail & the ability to work to deadlines is essential. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with sound clinical knowledge of general & specialist treatments. GDC registration preferred though not essential for the right candidate. Practice offers general dentistry alongside urgent / emergency care. 2 surgery, computerised SOE practice with access to digital x-rays & OPG scanner, digital. Ample car parking available. Please note; Practice cannot offer a visa / sponsorship.
