This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated nurse with a passion for ophthalmic care to work across both outpatient clinics and theatre sessions , supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care in ophthalmic outpatient settings and operating theatres. Assist in a range of ophthalmic procedures including cataract surgery Support pre-operative assessments and post-operative care. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care. Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices and patient outcomes. What Were Looking For: Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (essential). Experience in ophthalmology or surgical nursing (essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
