With a strong pipeline of both domestic and international work, this is a superb opportunity for a skilled lawyer to contribute to a thriving and ambitious real estate practice.The OpportunityYou will take a lead role in handling premium residential property matters, with a particular focus on high-value transactions including off-plan developments, prime central London property, and clients with complex, often international, requirements. This role suits someone who enjoys technical work, building client relationships, and mentoring junior talent within the team.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and advising on high-end residential transactions, including new builds and off-plan purchases for HNW clientsMaintaining and developing relationships with introducers, agents, and sales teams in the new build sectorOverseeing and guiding paralegals working on volume or development files, stepping in where necessary to liaise directly with clientsSupervising and mentoring junior solicitors and legal support staff, providing technical guidance and review of second-hand residential transactionsConducting file reviews, ensuring compliance and best practice, and promoting cross-selling opportunities across the wider firmWhat We’re Looking ForA minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in high-value residential property lawPrior experience acting for HNW individuals and dealing with complex property mattersA strong background in a well-regarded City, West End, or high-performing regional firmProven leadership and mentoring skills, with the confidence to supervise and develop othersA commercially astute, client-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal adviceIf this sounds like the role for you, please apply or send your CV to .
