You'll challenge "we've always done it this way," and help the business deliver finance operations that are accurate, timely and, above all, helpful. strategic direction and driving operational finance performance across the business.Key responsibilities include:Leading, motivating and developing the Finance Operations teamOverseeing daily financial operations including billing, AP/AR, and revenue controlActing as a key business partner to internal departments to enhance service deliveryDriving continuous improvement projects across systems, processes, and client serviceEnsuring compliance with relevant financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controlsContributing to wider leadership initiatives and embedding a high-performance finance cultureWhy we're excited about youYou've got the qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), but more than that, you've got energy.
